Located in Barangays Moog and Tubajon in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, Laguindingan Technopark forms part of Ayala Land, Inc.’s larger development project, Habini Bay. ALLHC, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, oversees the venture.

The Technopark is also adjacent to Laguindingan Airport, which recently received approval for the expansion of its passenger terminal building from the Department of Transportation. Additionally, it is approximately 36 kilometers from the Cagayan de Oro Port via the Butuan-Cagayan-Iligan Road.
The Technopark features high-standard infrastructure and a 24/7 safe and secure community. It holds the status of being a BOI-registered Domestic Industrial Zone, offering attractive incentives and streamlined operations for potential investors.

In 2022, Northern Mindanao’s economy surged, growing by 7.2%, driven by its top industries: wholesale and retail trade, agriculture, forestry, fishing, and manufacturing.
In addition to Laguindingan Technopark, ALLHC expanded its portfolio by introducing a 270-hectare Pampanga Technopark in Mabalacat in June. In April, it launched Batangas Technopark, slated to become an industrial hub.

I. ASSOCIATION
► Locators shall be co-members of an Association that will manage, administer, and deliver all essential services.
II. CONDITIONS OF OWNERSHIP
► Single lots may not be subdivided without the developer’s prior written consent.
► Locators to conform to the environmental standards prescribed by the Operations Manual and/or by the government.
III. LAND USE
► Industrial & Logistics Operations and Research & Development Facilities
► Change of land use from Industrial & Logistics use to Other Uses, fifteen(15) years from the date of the execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale. The allowable Other Uses shall be any of the following: Offices, Co-working Spaces/ Facilities, Training/ Conference Facilities/ Studio/ Workshops, Convention/ Events Center, Technical and Vocational Institutions, and Self- Storage Facilities.
IV. BUILDINGS AND ARCHITECTURE
► Maximum of two (2) floors for industrial purpose buildings; four(4) floors for office buildings or mixed-use of industrial and office.
► Maximum site coverage: 70% of lot area. The remaining 30% is for parking, internal roads, and open spaces.
► Setbacks: At least 10.0 meters from the lot boundary fronting a street and at least 5.0 meters from the lot boundary not fronting a street.
► Perimeter walls /fences: Not required (except for SEZ lots). Maximum height 2.0 meters. Barbed wire is prohibited. SEZ locators are required to construct a fence on the property line which coincides with the SEZ boundary line.
► ACCUs shall be installed at the ground level of the building.
V. SEWAGE DISPOSAL / INDUSTRIAL WASTE
► Locators to connect to the developer’s central domestic sewerage treatment plant.
► Industrial wastewater to be treated by locators themselves.
VI. POLLUTION
► Locators to comply with all applicable rules of government agencies on air, noise, and effluent pollution.
